However, due to the forestry decline, after the trains stopped operating, the remaining stations along the railway were demolished. Tiansongpi Station was preserved in the original site. Today, the glory is gone, and only the Japanese-style building with the unsophisticated style is left, so the visitors can imagine how bustling the station was back then.
Because of Tiansongpi Station with the appearance of light blue creating a unique, tranquil atmosphere, it was chosen to be a filming scene of the famous Taiwanese idol drama Autumn’s Concerto, which draws big crowds and attracts visitors to come here for taking pictures. This station is one of the hot scenic spots in Sanxing Township, Yilan County.
Although Tiansongpi Station is not as prosperous as it was before, and there is no more whistling train passing by, no one can wipe out the contribution it has made at the time. Therefore, why not come here and take a look at the old station or visit Changpi Lake Scenic Area or the Qingshui Geothermal Park nearby to enjoy a slow travel.

A lovely tinny station.A lovely tinny station for wood transportation. Rebuild recently after being abandoned for 3 decades. It's a part of lumbering history in Taiwan.
